No longer works at all on my phone. it's just a standard (expensive) doorbell now. Only the wireless chime works. It's stuck in a Connect /disconnect loop. tried everything, it's definitely the app. they're obviously abandoned all support for it. Shame it wouldn't continue to work locally via my router. it must need their server & they're shut it down else it should still function. might switch to reolink / similar. they emphasise local use & 3rd party apps, RTSP etc

Scott Purdue, 2024-10-11At first it was a good doorbell and amazing that it uploaded videos to google drive. Then it in 2019 stopped uploading to Google after an update and technical support was utterly and completely useless by saying "it was not in their expertise to resolve" the problem was that the bell would only upload data to Google when the day of the month was less than 12, which looked like their software had a date formatting issue. But tech support was not interested in looking into it Avoid
