The entire experience SUCKS! You can only have 1 account linked, which can take weeks to do, then it can take weeks to reflect payment, even though the bank posted it days ago. I see no way of using my debit card to pay, either, which would speed things up significantly. Oh, and let's not forget the fact that there is no customer service operating at the moment, or that I was FORCED to accept their terms just to look at my account. I do believe I'll be moving my accounts elsewhere.

App is mostly good, but the biggest complaint I have is the Zelle payments. If I could just use the regular Zelle app everything would be fine. BUT, SLFCU forces me to use Zelle inside SLFCU app and it's awful. When I try to pay someone, it literally takes more than one or two minutes to load my contacts. I don't have that many contacts, so I just sit there while the app spins and spins before I can search for a contact. It's so frustrating! PLEASE, SANDIA, FIX Zelle inside your app! Thanks!
