Originally posted 2018 -- Absolutely fabulous app for sleeping & general mind & heart calming. Incredibly easy to use, well worth the Premium price for selections of Favorites, continuous and timed play, more music and sound level selection. Would easily give 10 stars. 2022 review -- using the sleep app with Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT). Helps turn off my focus to ear ringing giving me over a half day's relief. At night, the Timer helps to fall gently sleep. 👍👍👍
