It's not working after i payed It was befor I don't know what's happened

The app is not working again. 1/13/25. Please fix it. I've reached out twice, and nobody has responded. This is becoming a headache. *****They fixed the issues i had with the app verry quickly. By far the best meditation app and customer service.**** Well, I'm not sure what happened, but now it's not working! Please fix it!! I use it every night. ****I I absolutely love it!!
