Could you please tell us how to update the app. We have the same issue as the other recent review. Every day aicne 20rh Dec our data is deleted the following day. I notice there is no update to the app that I can see and it says on the existing app that the app was last updated Oct 2024. This was well before the problems. Would uninstalling and reinstalling the existing app solve the issue?

So on the coldest night the app is not working so I cannot set the timer for my radiators to come on in the morning. I am certainly not keen on leaving them on all night as it will cost a fortune. This doesn't happen often anymore but why today of all days!?!?!
