It didn't hold my club information. That was poor

Trying to renew and it doesn't recognise email. So try to set up a new account (with new email), go to choose membership & it says incorrect email. Also throwing up a load of Chinese symbols. Also tried to renew on line & it STILL doesn't work!!!
