Horrible experience with this guys. Never trust them. I have order a rosin smoke dispenser(used for short circuit detection). I order a model SW01 which come with a charger. But they sent me a model SW03 without my consent, that too came defective. So I request for a replacement but they told me to refund. When the refund process start they told me they will only refund the product amount not the shipping even though the mistake is there's. The app has no option to cancel or return the product!
