2023-09-13 | Buggy sub optimal experience on phone. Interface is needlessly complicated. Every employee I talk to about it hates it. Management is constantly spending hrs tracking people down and sorting out errors. 0/10 garbage app | ||

2020-01-13 | I am the project manager for a construction company and have had this app for 10 months now and it seems like its in beta phase still. The customer service team is excellent, they do try to fix issues very quickly, but the amount of time that this app doesnt work compared to working is abysmal. For the last 2 months I have found myself not wanting to use the app and have transferred employees to free time tracking apps. So even though I paid for a year of this, I dont even use it anymore. |
