2024-12-24	Mrs. G	It doesn't always allow you to select the items in your benefits to find out what's covered. It just freezes under the benefits screen... Which is pretty important IMO.
2024-06-01	Melissa Marie	I've been using this app for years and now all of a sudden I just tried to go log in and it is crashing and keep saying wic2go has stopped it keeps closing out WIC and not logging me in and letting me acess a thing. I have also restarted my phone uninstall the app restarted my phone took the necessary steps to try and fix it but as of yet there's no fixing it
2023-03-25	Sara Ildefonso	This app has crashed on me from not allowing me to log in or not recognizing my account to freezing period. I Had to Uninstall it and the 2nd time I reinstalled it, I was able to get in . Was not happy with slow inaccurate performance but now it's been working, we shall see ...To Be Continued!!!!
2022-10-29	Kimberly Ortega	User ID not found Loved the app but now cant even sign in like what's the point in even having this if your going to run into these problems. Cant even contant any customer support for this problem so now I have to call everytime to see what I have available which is time consuming.
2022-10-14	Michelle B.	App stopped working stating user ID not found. I've tried re-registeringvwhere it states email is in use....tried calling but there's no option for app assistance. WIC office tells me to call the card however I have gotten nowhere. I am unable to see my food list etc which h makes shopping with an infant impossible.
2022-03-21	kristen hodge	This app is getting really annoying it's forever loading it won't let me sign in it's telling me I have no benefits when I just got my benefits causing me to have to call the WIC center I don't understand what's going on it used to be fine but now it barely lets me login you have to wait so long , you have to try so many times It keeps saying user doesn't exist and when you finally get in it tells you that your time is expired after never loading the page of your benefits with the wrong info😑
2022-03-20	Oroko Naboba	This app is horrible 90% of the time it keeps shutting down. I keep downloading it repeatedly and login all it do it's loading and loading smh. They need to fix this app seriously I wish there was another app that I can use. Thus is very frustrating and dissapointed. It doesn't deserve no stars at all. Now I need to control my balances and other stuff and I can't get it.
2022-03-20	Daisy Dougwillo	Was working fine before the fingerprint was added. Now I can't log in. It says it don't find me. If I do somehow get on it says I have no benefits. So frustrating. Trying to make sure everything was refreshed for the month before I go shop and it's impossible.
2022-03-20	Jennifer Fillmore	I've been trying to log in for almost 2 days and I occasionally can after waiting about 10ish mins and when I go to see my benefits it states I have none when I just joined both WIC and the app last week and no I didn't use it all up. It does make shopping quiet difficult.
2021-06-06	L PM	Scanning things was alot faster when the app first came out. After changes were made now you have to go through the "how to scan images" and then scan the barcode which that alone takes longer than before. The question mark is placed to the scanning button for a reason so the "how to scan" shouldn't be reintroduced every time. A "how to" intro should be done to first timers. It is also a pain after you scan that you have re-enter the benefits section vs it taking you back into your benefits.
