Don't buy passes with them. They do not refund money even if you paid insurance .the policy is that if you used your pass partially, they can happily take whatever was left. Steal in other words. They took $350 from me because I just went to one attraction. You should provide more clarification once someone has paid insurance.

Worse customer service ever, 3 day pass didn't work ,had to pay cash into multiple attractions, 2 contact numbers ,no service message continuously playbacked,no reply to emails, guy at statue of liberty said if it was up to him he wouldn't deal with this company same at other attractions, do not use this company, maybe this review might prompt them to contact me, I will not hold my breath waiting. Not happy!!!!!!
