the buggiest app in the universe. after the issues I've had with the app losing progress on projects or just not adding prints to my cart after extensive editing (thus losing all my progress) this will be the last time I use Shutterfly unless they significantly improve app performance.

It's a little hard to know how many pictures I can use on promotional offers and when I tried to order my free prints I was charged for them. I did just order my first free 6x6 photo album that is overture every month and I was only charged for shipping. I'll definitely be using this app more often and hopefully I'll learn how to use it a little easier. I love that they do the layouts for me with other options for me to choose from if I don't like the one they built. I've rarely changed it.
