This begs the question, why and I still paying for this service? This is no different to DSTV. People are looking for timely uploads to get their money worth. |

When u need help, u have to go on their help page, which helps with nothing. At all tomorrow, I am calling the bank to cancel my subscription. Because I can't cancel anything on the website. |

Still loads for a movie I already downloaded and won't play immediately. No options to speed up what you're watching, In dark scenes the shadows look like the movie is Cinema Dub, it forces you to have attention because you can't even rewind a scene it just played it will have to re-buffer that part. Overall in terms of service and network reception just terrible. |

Either the movie you're trying to watch simply won't have subtitles, or they'll disappear halfway through. 2) When casting from a cellphone to TV, it often gets disconnected and you then have to restart everything to be able to control the playback again. 3) "Stream to any device" is false advertising because the website didn't not allow me to watch on my PC. Netflix works 100% though. |
