Just paid 2 years plan for 2 devices. And it's not working at all in China! Tried to reach their support and had no reply at all. Don't buy this product if you are planning to use it in China. Just wasting your money.

These guys are serious jokers. The thing still doesn't work. It hasn't worked for several months but I still got a reminder about renewing my subscription.😂 It was mostly working fairly well for the last couple of years, but like everybody else, suddenly found it was useless, and not a word from the folks in the wheelhouse.
