I've had like two different accounts with them and they did it to me both times. They emailed me saying I was going to get my money on a certain date and I never got it and they stopped emailing me back and there's nobody to call for customer service they do it for a reason!!!! |

It is apparent that there are far superior applications available that offer a more user-friendly experience. Save yourself the precious twins of time and money, run for the hills! Strongly recommend avoiding this atrocity stretching the definition of an 'app'. Simply dreadful. |
| 2024-10-06 |  | | I have to give credit where it's due. The 30 September 2024 update resolved many of the issues I was experiencing with Shopify. Still a little work to go-- it still hangs a little bit occasionally when going to orders from the list-- but it's miles and miles better than it was. I'm pleasantly surprised, good job Shopify! |
| 2024-09-22 |  | | This app has been nearly unusable the past week or so. Extremely slow, buggy, clicking on buttons won't register and crashing. Has made it a headache to do the most basic things. I know stuff happens and nothings perfect but if your going to charge a min of $30 every month, I expect things like this to last no more than a day. |

Not to mention the order was not marked as fraud, like it does with most fraudulent cases. Instead, I was down big. My balance took a big hit, the support I talked to barely knew English, didn't help at all. They need to fix that part of their website and what not. Now a customer has my items AND the full amount that it cost back plus the extra $15 Good job Shopify, on to the next. Be wary. |
| 2024-08-05 |  | | I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Shopify that left me no choice but to switch to Squarespace, which turned out to be the best decision I ever made. Firstly, the Shopify admin page is an absolute mess. It keeps reloading incessantly, making it impossible to manage anything. To make matters worse, trying to get in touch with customer service was a nightmare. Trying to delete your account is a disaster as well. Do not start a website with them, you'll regret it! |

All the cheaper options don't allow you to really do anything, so you're forced to pick basic. All advertising is an extra cost, and honestly, that's the downfall. The only people who seem to follow you or click on your site are solicitors. I will again be deactivating my store through shopify. There are cheaper ways to be harassed. |

And the main complaint though is when it's time to cancel it's always a pain in the $_$&! And they seem to never quit trying to automatically take money from your account and it's just super annoying too because, from that $1 trial offer, somehow I managed to subscribe to 4 more dropshipping markets that are all trying to auto bill me for a subscription i don't want |
| 2024-04-30 |  | | UPDATE: the suggestion to force stop worked! The app is great! I just updated the app today & wish I did not. There seems to be a bug with this latest update. When I click on an order, I receive an error message stating, "Unable to load content. There's a technical problem with Shopify that has prevented this page from loading." When I click the products tab the same error message occurs. So as of now I am unable to charge orders or print shipping labels from the app. Assistance is appreciated |
| 2023-12-24 |  | | I couldn't recommend more!!! I switched to Shopify after much frustration and research with attempting to change my Squarespace into a store to meet the growth of my business. Their integration with Taxjar is not great, no customer service.... With Shopify, I have been enjoying all the features. They're a strong choice and I wish I would have switched sooner. It's not aggressively salesy, I was still able to make my website cozy and it even has a little blog! Everything is so easy to use. |
