| 2025-01-23 |  | | Horrible app. Not many options to do anything in the app, and when a store had this as a checkout option, it's predatory, meaning it makes it seem like it's the only option. This app is pointless besides, I don't need it to store my credit card info for fast checkout, I don't need a shopping app when there are countless other options. This app is like if paypal and temu had a disabled child. |

Like most Android apps that start off with a great purpose it either becomes a paid service or riddled with ads which is the case for this app. While the tracker is still available the UI is so messy that you can't even find where you can see the deliveries. Uninstalling and finding a alternative. |

Using this app, or more specifically, purchasing items from vendors they show within the app is a bad idea. 2 purchases I have made ended with the vendor showing that they delivered the items, then disappearing off the face of the earth. After having taken my money for the items. Turning to "Shop" for assistance was a waste of time as they tell you that you need to deal with the problem of getting the money back on your own. |

Dark mode no longer works, packages are difficult to track (if you even know what package they're referring to) and you never know if your stuff was delivered or not unless you go to the shipper's website with the tracking number. What's the point of the extra step? I'm so over this app. |

Just sent out damaged goods and expected me to happily accept while they got all money in full. Item was already removed from their page before item arrived. Reaching help via the app is not the easiest. I regret purchasing the item and feel scammed by that one seller. No tracking, 3 weeks to ship. Item status issues. |

There's no required confirmation after you hit "mark delivered," so your package will be marked as delivered if you accidentally brush near the (very large) button. Even if you choose the "mark undelivered" option again, it won't show up in your tracked items again, it will remain in the delivered section. It's impossible to contact support, so you're on your own. There's so much bloat and ads and suggested content, but no tech support. Trash. |

Tried looking to find it in settings, and while they have an appearance option, all that is is an extra sub-layer for "do you want confetti when your package is delivered?" Can't even tell if the rest of the UI will be an upgrade because it physically hurts to look at |

It's not until I reach out to the company themselves that they'll give me a real tracking number. Can't forget that the statuses will show ready to ship until it's already delivered which leaves you with questions. It's not reliable so what's the point of using the app at all? |
