Items are not organized by department, a lot of scrolling up and down. Often crashes when taking pictures of receipts. For an online shopping app, ShopHero could do better.

With Covid-19 going on i have had to use this way more recently and it has helped in that regard, but it can be pretty janky at times. It will clear a different persons order sometimes when the customer signs for the order. It takes 2 or 3 times to get an order to close out. Freezes a lot.
