This app claims to help with phone addiction, but instead is packed with your usual addictive app features (multiple mini games that are basically gambling and too much to do). If this just a focus timer where you leveled up your hero by completing the focus challenges, without the training, skill leveling, forging gear, guardian/boss battles, etc.), it might actually be helpful for focusing. Instead, I find myself completing a session just to spend more time on my phone playing the game.

This app went way beyond my expectations! Easy to start, super engaging, great story integration, thoughtfully designed, effective rewards system. What I love is you can progress with the story at your own pace, never feeling rushed to reach some milestone or fear missing out on rewards. Complete as many focus sessions as you like, and the points get stored to use whenever you decide. It would be awesome to be able to edit the previous sessions to add tags! Still, thank you so much, developers!
