2 weeks to update contact number and now still not going through with logging in. This app & cloud system is dysfunctional. How can I update payment details and check statements if its not WORKING!

The card has now become almost useless. The credit on fuel used to be monthly, where an invoice would be sent and payment collected. This has now gone down to collecting payment every seven days. In my opinion this defeats the purpose of having a card, you barely have time to use the fuel before it's time to pay back. For many businesses that used to find this card very essential and valued, now it's basically more of a burden as the time to to pay back is so limited.
