| 2024-03-13 |  | | My experience with this app is not a good one. For 3 or more months now its telling me my app is blocked for 30 days. I have Uninstalled the app on all previous devices, my partner has emailed them numerous of times, still I have no access... very disappointing |
| 2022-02-24 |  | | I am being generous in providing 2 stars!! This app has clearly not been developed with the interest and requirements of the users in mind. (Was there actually a User Requirement Specification?) Problems: + Instead of an update the rolled out a new app with a different name AND users were not informed, + Server down from time to time and impossible to generate codes, + Notifications are not pushed through and visitors arrive without a notification received (although it is visible in app). |

The app does not send you information about the visitor once they have entered, no ID, no photo, no information about the number of passengers etc This app stopped working after a few days after installation, it sent the following errors 401 and 502. The app cannot even be accessed and used on the old SMS system. There is no facility to give a single code to a visit |
| 2021-09-01 |  | | App is not working on a morning when I need to generate access codes urgently, and when I try to contact the developers via the email address that is listed on the Playstore, the email is undeliverable to the email address that is listed. I do have the latest version of the app. Disappointed in the service. EntryPro, please let us know where we can contact you? |
| 2021-05-31 |  | | Since the last update, the barcode scanner is terrible. I now need to open the car window and have the phone 20cm away to read it. Worked great before on the same phone. Sometimes generates entry and exit codes for the wrong dates. |
| 2021-04-20 |  | | Suddenly it doesn't work, uninstalled and reinstalled and still doesn't work. It's slow to load and when it eventually does, it takes a few minutes to get a code which can be annoying when you have deliveries or people waiting at the gate who need a code. Please fix it. |
| 2021-02-06 |  | | The app is not good at all. One doesn't always get notifications when Visitors have arrived. There's an option to report Estate Issues, but you cant actually report anything because there are no contact details. There are no Estate Contacts either. |
| 2021-01-13 |  | | New version isn't sending OTP in order to complete registration, so cannot use the app. The dev's contact email is not working so we can't report the issue. I also see that many people are complaining about the same OTP issue. Can the developer please respond!!!! |
