Sadly The company has failed to innovate or even maintain their edge. Other companies have caught up in improved on the theory of merging and sinking computer folders. Over the last few years every time I have needed sugar thing to come through and retrieve back Hope filed off of a remote computer It had stopped running for months. This is unacceptable, a program like this should be set it and forget it. Same with backing up my pictures on mobile that used to be reliable too now it's not.

Fantastic application! I especially love the multi-Os support. Wow. I cannot believe I use to manually attempt to sync my files. This AUTO syncs for me. What a game changer. Literally just set it and forget it. God I love when companies make a product like this that just works great.
