I had a very bad experience where carpenter went away without completing the assigned tasks. He also charged extra stating that they have to pay 25% joboy. Altogether the quality of service is pathetic but charges are super premium. I'm completely dissatisfied with the quality of service |

But the service providers need to make an agreement with the technicians to honour their commitments, rather than cancelling the works assigned to them (plumber assigned for ky work committed to take up the job and later cancelled the work from his side without notice. I lost two working days waiting for the plumber). But I have good experiences also with this app) |

It’s clearly mentioned in the app that only drainage work is on a quotation basis, so this feels like a scam. To make matters worse, your customer service was rude and unhelpful. As a regular customer, I’m extremely disappointed. Please resolve this immediately, or I will have to report this as an online scam. |
