2024-05-29	MM Kids	Suggestion for the management Have an overnight service package for smaller tasks so that customer doesn't need to borrow another car for office. You pick up from customer home in evening, service it during the night, and deliver by 7:30am next morning. Try this and i am sure people would just love it.
2024-03-15	Azizur Rehman	My experience has been extremely bad with service my car. Here are the reasons 1. No coordination between the teams. The address is on the app, I got call from pickup team then pickup guy, delivery team then delivery guy. Provided the address 4 times and even then they landed at the wrong time 2. These people just don't care, they just don't listen 3. Mustafa doesn't answer 4. Ella is too rude 5. Cost is huge, unjustified. 6. They don't read the issues mentioned. Stay away from them!!

They just ask you to download the app and said in return they will clean your car. An Indian guy approached me and download, he even put a his code for the referral but when I checked my car back the free car they said is not true.

2023-10-05	Firla Lafir	Dear Service My Car, I delivered the car to check the vibration issue that started only after I serviced my car with you on May 2nd. The major service was done but you completely ignored the problem I wished to have inspected. Not only did you not inspect the problem I reported in both the app and email, no one was aware of my request at all. Everytime I service my car with you my expectations are low, but somehow you manage to disappoint me every single time.
2023-06-11	Joanna	I lost nearly 700 rials ($1800) from this company. I was absolutely assured replacing certain parts would fix my problem. The car was returned to me unfixed. When I questioned it, I was just told to pay 20 rials more for a further inspection to find out the 'real problem' (!). I felt totally scammed. The issue was never resolved. It is very appealing to have a pick-up service, and the app worked well, but I advise anyone to stay away from this company, especially for major work. OMAN BRANCH
