The Eversense CGM mobile application is designed for individuals with diabetes, connecting with all Eversense Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems available outside the U.S. This innovative app allows users to monitor glucose levels for months at a time, thanks to its unique long-term sensor technology. Receive real-time glucose readings, alerts for hypo- and hyperglycemia, and track events such as meals and insulin intake directly from your mobile device.

Additionally, the Eversense app displays the rate and direction of glucose change, enabling more informed decision-making regarding diabetes management. For comprehensive monitoring, it's also compatible with Eversense NOW for remote management. Note that a doctor’s prescription is required for use of the Eversense CGM system.
