So far I really like this way of learning it feel much better than most apps I've tried and the language is sticking with me better then when I've tried to learn with other apps and it's free if you don't want to immediately get subscription which I like because there are apps like babel and such where you can only use it once before they force you to get a subscription but speak let's you decide for yourself if you want a subscription which I will most likely do.

This app is very helpful as an additional tool for my studies. Lots of speaking practice and the explanations of corrections are super helpful! I also like the teacher videos, which help with listening and speaking. The free conversation is excellent too, helping me respond more quickly while also providing feedback. Yes, you need to pay, but it's well worth it if you really want to improve your Spanish.

The best, most intuitive, most useful and, strangely enough, fun to use learning tool that I have ever experienced in my life. If languages were taught like this in school I would already be a polyglot. This might be the first review I've ever left for any app and it's at least the third of its kind I've tried but, honestly πŸ‘ πŸ‘ πŸ‘ πŸ‘ πŸ‘ just... hats off. This blows the other two out of the water. Simply brilliant and deserves to be recognized as such. Can't say enough good things. Buy premium

By far the thing that is most helpful is the free talk option. The AI generated conversations are going to bridge the gap between the generic lessons you always get. These lessons, though helpful have never prepared me for real life conversations that are never "by the book" the free talk helps me to practice thinking on my feet and reading between the lines. The review afterwards is so helpful for those areas that I can speak but aren't technically correct. Game changer for sure!

As someone with social anxiety this app is helping me with gaining confidence in speaking. The flow of conversation is very natural with the AI and emulates real speaking situations. I like that I can save phrases that I know I will use to practice. Overall very happy with this language learning app and is very different from other apps I have tried. I also like the teachers. This app makes me look forward to practicing speaking and comfortable enough to want to coverse with native speakers.

This is how AI should be being used. I haven't been able to actually stick with any language learning apps, I didn't like the bird app because I didn't like the stress factor it involved with trying to keep up steaks and the "funny little quips" it uses the in it's notifications. Among other issues with other apps. With that said, I like how personified this feels, and how personalized it feels as well. I don't have a ton of time on it yet, but I will update if anything changes

I had high hopes for this app but it did not work almost all the time. The recording function would not work or was stalled. Especially on the free chat, it was a waste. I kept trying and trying. Nothing. And then when I tried to ask for support on the app it said that the only language that was supported was Korean! I have a deadline of 3 months to learn this language so that I can be bilingual on my job. I do not have time for this incompetency.

Good UI. Focus on conversational. The speech recognition which it prides itself is horrible though. Im a native Spanish speaker and I would say worda wrong on purpose, or entirely different words and it would still register as correct. Not very useful of it's not correcting you when you're wrong.

Very upset with this app. There is a free trial and then you have the option to subscribe. I did not get any kind of notification and I was automatically subscribed and now I cannot find anyone to contact to get a refund. I deleted the app and unsubscribed yet they charged me $100. Very disappointed with the sneaky way they do business

Y'all need to fix the bugs around the app losing it's place, or restarting an activity, anytime I temporarily navigate to a different app. I have to restart whole lessons because I switched to a dictionary app for a few seconds to check something. Fix this, I expect better from a $50 a month app. Besides that, the overall app is good; the voice recognition is 80% there; good but still needs some work. The chat driven tech should be more constrained to the sentences you've spoken.
