| 2025-01-23 |  | | The app is getting better, especially from my previous review however I think you guys are missing a trick with the very simple ability to share the basket contents with a colleague, this would make life so much easier for trade lads who need gear to crack on with a job but are not cardholders. Send the basket to boss, boss approves and makes the purchase, you pick up the gear and get on with the job. Simple. |

I'm unable to leave this page. This app is broken and doesn't work, plus now I can't even order online as that page now does the same as the app. I'd avoid downloading this app as it's a major inconvenience. |
| 2024-12-19 |  | | First of all, it works only whilst in UK, I can't search for stuff whilst I am away, to plan on my works or order stuff for when I return. Second, it does not allow screenshots. This is irritating when discussing products with other specialists, friends or clients. When someone asks me what to get for certain job, I can't just go on the app, find product and send screenshot. Also displays products, that are no longer stocked and never will be stocked. Nuisance when searching. |

Not only that, there is no separate option for you to turn off marketing notifications without turning off order updates. I expected better from a reputable company like Screwfix this feels very underhanded and scummy to force you to get their marketing so you can hear about your order. The app is really clunky, you can click things 10 times and it won't load then you go back and it loads. |

| 2024-12-12 |  | | Deals and offers page on app never ever works. Every time you press on the latest offer, you just get a blank screen stating connection error. I have tried on different phones and same outcome. The rest of the app works flawlessly, it's just always the seasonal deals link. |

I started using the app after being told I'd get special vouchers via app notifications. Well the vouchers never arrived and the app wouldn't allow me to checkout and sent me to the website. Absolutely woeful. |

The only annoying thing is the app is just so damn slow. I thought maybe it is my phone but I have tried on multiple devices and it's the same. Especially when going back and forth searching through products it is extremely annoying to just sit there and wait for that screw turning symbol. I feel like the app updates the Screwfix servers in real time that's why. |

The text is tiny, no accessibility testing has been done here. To get the app installed seemed to ge an endless loop of notification settings. Poor effort. |
