Excellent features, fair prices, good customer service. But the graphic design and usability of the app is absolute GARBAGE. Cumbersome design, awful lag in everything. They should fire their app developers asap. Take a look at IG Bank app or My Stock Portofolio app. This should give you an example of good work in that area

Christian Ayer, 2025-01-14The mobile application is great. But if you need ANY support (e.g. funds moving in / out, KYC completion etc) so that you can do your transactions smoothly, then the back end support or SAXO is very very weak with very long response times (weeks, not hours or days) and frustrating. One can keep waiting for days for any resolution. And their attitude to this is reflected openly here: As per their 'message' they only commit to respond complaints - in 5 weeks ! Ya... 5 WEEKS!!
