The problem is that the features aren't fully developed. Nothing needs to be changed except that things should work better. Load time is always slow. It just works when it wants to. Sometimes can't even get anything done all day. How to lookup which tenant lives in an address. Not even possible

Grand River, 2024-11-19I tried this app during the free trial and I was happy with the features it had. Once the free trial ended and I chose to shift to the lowest tier the app became pretty much a waste. It was extremely restrictive, there was a fee at every step. The transition from full access to lower tiers is not good. I felt nickle and dimed. Could never get anyone on the phone. Had to submit tickets for the simplest questions. This app is made for lots of properties, nor for one or two. Stay away.
