Currently the application is in a state where it won't open and won't load, who j is unacceptable for a financial app. Sure, I could access my card online, you say, at least there is a workaround. Not so for redeeming rewards points, that can only be done through the app, and using rewards points to pay off my student loan is the only reason I have this card.

Don't get this card! App will not open. You can only access rewards through the App so you are screwed. Stops immediately. I cancelled my card. The app is so terrible. My other cards have great apps and features. This app does not run at all and the company does not care.
