Not a reliable app, Have ordered food through this app..at (8:45 PM) Which shows a delivery time of 1hr and no food came up..( time was 9:45 PM). When called customer service, their response was cold, and they didn't even have a proper idea of what to do. They said money will be refunded once they have access to the restaurant. But the food arrives at 11:15 PM at night, after 2.5hr from when i have orderer.. Thank god. Still, there is no follow-up from customer care regarding the issue.. 😤

This app constantly gives the wrong address to the restaurant, and I get order confirmations for other people who order to my old address but don't have my contact details but I don't receive my own. Huge data breaches and broken functionality
