Shadi Alahmadi, 2024-12-22The app is just a shell of a webpage with an authentication function. The app consistently blocks me from logging in showing me an "error" popup. The app is slow, does not have biometric authentication, does not have a back button function as the back button used to exit from the whole app. The webpage is miles faster and better. Their travel app is from another decade in terms of speed and performance. Highly disappointed that I may change banks.
