Big hang problem, still rotating icon not login my account page

Even after an update the develpers not able to fix the issue. Still I can't validate otp.. Pathetic app.. Develpers need to learn how to develop an app first.. Most of the apps developed by this developers face same issues. Still they are not able to reslove this problem or even respond to users. Actually I want to rate this app with -5* unfortunately there is no negative rating or dislike button available here.
