Excellent app for people with memory problems if the only thing you have to be reminded is just to take your medicine it speaks to you what's ever you type it to say is exzaly what it tells you you can set up how ever many times a day u take medicine a speaking alarm is good to but if the app stops working you need to take your medicine regardless I think being reminded to take ur medicine is far more important then. It reminding you to clean kitchen etc
