Got a new phone, forgot this password, so asked for a reset. Clicked on the email hotlink to reset and was taken back to the signin screen. No reset. Tried it three times. No luck. Just goes back to the signin screen. No way offered to reset the password. My first complaint was about user unfriendly software. Well, here we go again. Now I can't use the app at all. |
