Cada vez funciona peor. Desde hace dos días es imposible, Esto ya pasó hace dos semanas

Me la bajé en la tele (una HIACHI que tiene 1,5 meses), conseguí ver la mitad del partido España - Eslovenia de baloncesto y durante el descanso perdió la conexión. Tras varios intentos diciendo con el siguiente aviso "No se puede reproducir el directo en este momento. Por favor inténtelo más tarde" consigo ver la segunda parte. Lo vuelvo a intentar ahora para ver el partido de España - USA de baloncesto y me vuelve a salir el siguiente aviso. He hecho de todo y no consigo verlo. Ni siquiera he conseguido que el botón "salir" funcione. Tampoco me deja desinstalarla y volverla a instalar. Muy muy mal
