Oct'24. Not just the worst bank, rather the worst business I'd ever encountered in the 50+ years. Got pass first security layer with biometrics; could not access b/c: don't have original phone# registered, NO other options offered, visited local branch - no update on status.. Had been weeks!! Still no access. Sep'24. All other banks still open on Saturday, also searched bank profile with Google Business says open. CLOSED on arrival due to labor day weekend!!!
