| 2024-11-22 |  |  | Both the app and the robot are totally bad. Do not buy this thing. The robot works in absolute confusion, vacuuming places it has run over 10 times before and ommiting the rest of the flat. It never returns back to the charging station. The app alerts errors that never happen, e.g. the trash bucket is out of the machine, etc. There's not a single reason why to choose this product. I was fooled by their ads. |
| 2024-02-14 |  | | I've purchased the Xcontrol version Since it never getting the rooms and orientation right I rearly use it. When it does it work it's out of control usually don't find the way back for the charger, need to grab it and put next the charger and maybe goes back. Plus no Google home integration, witch is sad in 2024...I doubt this company will last for years with support. |
| 2023-08-13 |  | | It's the most crappie application I have seen. It absolutely does not learn anything as suggested on the website. pressing the pause there is no resume. It will start over completely. Also, when in error, there is no resume after you fix the error. There is also no way to define zones when area us too big. I have to prepare the room a lot before starting the robot since it will crash very easily. There is no way I would recommend this app or even the robot to anyone. I would give 0 stars. |
