| 2025-01-12 |  |  | Its a complete fraud. The mechanic has kept the bike for a week, and he keeps on making excuses. He initially came up with a bill of 23k and the 14k. I have been requesting him to not do any repairs and return my bike as it is., and then he started making excuses saying that because my clutch is damaged, he cannot put it back. He made every excuses to not return my bike , and finally I gave up and asked him to repair. It's 1 week, and I am still waiting for my bike to get back . |

My bike was standing for 2 weeks and thought battery got drained, I took local shop, they said fuel pump motor is having issue. Just to save some time I sent bike to this people. They said so many things as if this has never on the road. One way clutch, software update, fuel motor &many more things and billed 31000. I paid with pain and after 2 days bike was not started and I called 50 times, aftr 2 weeks they tuk it again, still not fix |

Without even checking my bike the repair guy said we need to change the battery. They are only after your money. Also, the charge quoted never matches with what you have to pay at the end. Beware of such scams and go for a local/authorised service centre. |

I had to make multiple calls wasting 4+ hours of my time, and yet no one showed up to the location. And finally told the team to cancel the request and went ahead with alternative website. |
| 2024-10-22 |  | | I had a terrible experience with the mechanic. Over the phone, he quoted me ₹450, but when he arrived, he said he needed to take my bike to the garage. After taking it there, he charged me ₹800 just for connecting four wires, and the service charge went up from ₹450 to ₹600. Additionally, while one issue was fixed, another problem appeared with my bike. When I questioned why he charged ₹800 for connecting a few wires, he responded rudely. Worst experience ever. |

Inspite of quoting upfront, they simply claimed to have changed the clutch assembly, brake assembly, battery, none of which were required,even the handle lock of the bike was changed adding more risk now as it can be stolen. and made the bill of 20k. Never use this service. This app and service both are worst. if i had more time and energy for these scamster i would taken them to consumer court. |
| 2024-10-19 |  | | Very bad experience... this a scam... please don't use their service , i have requested their service for jump starting my car and their executives came in scooter with battery and was not able to jump start my car and informed me to tow the car to their workshop for further checkup but i didn't gave my car and finally they charged Rs.1200 for just trying for jump starting the vehicle and after that today i approached the local dealership and their service guy jump started the vehicle in 10min. |

They dismantled my bike wheel and pressured me to replace the tire tube. When I refused, they left it in disarray and took 450 rupees before fleeing. I’ve tried calling multiple times, but no one is responding. |
