| 2024-07-31 |  | | I bought a policy online and then downloaded this app expecting to view my policy details inside. I was wrong. The policy didn't show up. Contacted customer service and I was told that I cannot view the policy in app if I bought it on their website. How ridiculous! Updated rating (1/8/2024): The latest update does allow me to view the policy details in app. |

| 2023-06-05 |  | | For first time, I bought 2 policies 5 days ago ...But until to date, both of my policies do not appear in the app. There is no function to manually add either. Ive used others before and their mobile apps are friendly. The moment I add my IC numbers, all my cars subscribed to the company insurance appear with other services such as towing, roadside breakdown, renewals etc. |

| 2021-06-23 |  | | I've just renewed my insurance with this app. Straight forward and easy. A lot cheaper than Etiqa. Now it is just pending JPJ approval. Please also consider enabling quick login/biometric login so that user do not need to re-enter the credentials each time they launching the app. |
