After a year of good user experience the app suddenly stopped displaying pictures and videos. Clearing app cache and app storage seemed to fix it, but the problem soon returned after reboot and the time I wasted on fixing it s not worth it. I opened a support case but I have no patience to go over the obvious amount of questions that will not lead me anywhere. This problem only shows with TOI app even in the web version. Sury related to the cache and datastorage.
