Would rate this 0 if I could, the app connects but all you can do is increase and decrease volume or control bass/treble, that's it. Can't program for different locations like restaurants or tv. I dint know what happened, I guess they don't care about the app anymore TRASH!

Smart Connect fails too often and is too inconsistent. I read this review a year later. If anything, Smart Connect is even worse. When I need new hearing aids, I will probably buy from another company.
