It's ok for a time killer. It appears there are expansion place markers in place. However, once you get to the third school, you start to max out on everything. The cost to remove ads is steep. There are options to view ads for extra rewards at almost every step.

The game is a good way to pass time. It isn't bad. My only 2 gripes are the cost to remove ads which is a little steep for this game, and the inability to link the game to my Google account to save progress in the event I change my device or something happens. For this reason, I wouldn't make purchases at all in the event I lose the progress due to no way to save it.
