Terrible customer service the woman on the counter needs wind her neck in as she as no customer service skill whatsoever. You download the app & prices are wrong when you call them no that's the Donny store. Absolute B.S. so I bit the bullet & paid for it. Then there was a £1 service charge so £5 more than the price they advertise. Then delivery charge they called me come and collect even though they charged me delivery fee. To this point I just said keep it and I put the phone down. NEVER AGAIN
