It also gives my husband peace of mind that if he can't get hold of us that he can trigger an alert on our behalf fast as well. I love how easy, user friendly and affordable this app is for families. | 2022-02-10 |  | | Don't even waste your time downloading this app. All the features don't work...overall i think its rubbish. Have seen much better apps that actually work as they say they do. Very high data usage and drains phone battery very quickly. Glitches too. Customer service is terrible when the app does not work and you need assistance which happened often. Would definetly not recommend this app. |

| 2022-01-13 |  | | Paid the family subscription, App wasn't working, reported the issue, was told I would be assisted but nothing, reported a second time, told again I will be contacted but again nothing. Have now rather just cancelled the subscription. |
