There was no counter staff at Rovaneimi Train Station, they only have an automated machine of which it is having issue. Calling the number provided does not work. Tried chatting with Rental Cars agent and was advice to call the contact centre as they are unable to help further Call Rental Cars contact centre and while waiting for staff to check, line got cut. Called back unable to reach back the same agent and have to re-explain the situation again. Staff refuse to escalate to Manager when asked

The app is broken. I keep getting a captcha after starting a search, but even though I correctly solve it I get "something went wrong" and I cannot use it. Tried a lot of times. Looks to me that the app was not tested

App becomes worst and worst over the years. It was much better years ago when you could login into your account an see all your bookings. Now you have to manually add your booking (using booking number and email). Just that NOW NOT EVEN THAT WORKS!!! I tried adding my reservation and got the pop up promt with with "succes! booking added", but the booking DOESN'T APPEAR!!! (Tried multiple times, app is updated)

Made a reserve through their website, they failed to charge something like 5 cents from the total amount and didn't update me about that. later when I contacted them to check the status, they told me this and wanted me to call them (international call) to pay this amount on a phone call. Cancelled the order right away. this feels like a scam. unprofessional and unreliable to say the least.

On the advice of my friend, I booked a car, but when I came to pick up the keys, I was told that my debit card was not suitable and that I needed a credit card. However, my friend rented a car using a debit card and there were no problems. The money for the reservation was debited from my account and the type of card was not an obstacle. The technical support told me that it was my own fault for not picking up the car and that they would not return my money. I do not recommend using this service

I rented a car, but upon arriving at the check in, they said no credit card, can not rent. Even THOUGH I PAYED FULL. RIDICULOUS. No option to cancel either. This app is a scam app. BEWARE

(2019: This is a very neat app. Intuitive and easy to navigate. Perfect!) Update Jul2024: this app no longer works. My account and all the info in it has disappeared, no option to log back in. No past bookings, randomly fails to display current booking. Please fix this.

Buggy as hell, it takes forever to load a booking and crashes half the time. Also tends to forget previously registered booking. The service is good, but the app is terrible

This app is not user friendly. Nor is the company behind it. They unjustly charged me an $80 cancellation fee. They have a "policy" in the very fine print of the 15th paragraph of their terms and conditions that says people in certain cities including Chicago and Atlanta cannot rent a car for local use; you have to show an airline ticket. Nowhere is this clearly posted before you book this on their app or website. It's a trap. They take 80 bucks for every sucker that falls into it.

No EV filter. Improved slightly. "rental car counter closed" even with correct times chosen during open hours. Must start and input everything over every time you back up to edit. Day doesnt default to today. So many, many things wrong with this app. Reservation hangs, even full site hangs. Everybody just says "clear your cache, check your internet connection". But meanwhile, expedia works, budget works, everybody else's travel site works.
