App is kind of bad at the best of times (you have to activate pre conditioning like 4 times before it will work and even then it won't always confirm). Now after an update the entire app is a bunch of translation strings like "charge_mode_selected". Is there any quality control at all? Does anyone at Renault even use their own app? Also for as long as I've been using it while the EV range estimate is accurate, the range map isn't and overestimates the range by like x2

Dmitry, 2025-02-01garbage, last update months ago, still shows "an error has occured" the second you plug it in to whatever wall box charger etc zero dashboard info no notifications of starting and charge complete!! Not compatible with ohme one wall box not compatible with zappi wb pre condition button doesnt work turn lights on doesnt work, absolute shite, the mmt in portugal been waiting months for tech support to fix it!! Utter sham of a company,
