2024-01-02	Jim Wang	Not usable after app update 01/02/24 - screen will not be refreshed as you select lab report or anything with data to be posted. Not sure what's going on. The app was never great but fairly responsive.
2022-09-08	Rebecca B	Newly adopted by my General Practioner, the worst Dr. / patient app I have interacted with thus far! Cannot view sent messages, categories / items are unclear. 2 stars for loading history from multiple providers. 😞

2022-02-12	Franchester Daley	I keep getting error message everytime I enter my registration code. My doctor had to send me 3 different codes and none of them work.
2022-01-06	John Leung	The app will not let me select my doctor to send a message. It will only let me select a doctor from the contact list. I cannot edit the contact list and it has only one random doctor.
2021-12-17	Arielle	Pretty cool that I can access my medical records and prescriptions from years ago. Keeping track of my health progress is important to me. I don't think most people have access to their info like this but it can help them take their health more seriously. One suggestion I have is providing definitions for the different types of lab reports. I find myself bouncing between the app and Google trying to figure out what my results mean. Updates look great btw. Interface is much nicer.
2021-07-20	Chaim Fishman	Login credentials should be saved. Shouldn't need to re-enter password each time. Messaging should be redesigned. Users need be able to see what they're typing (i.e. text should scroll) and copy & paste text. There should be a reply button to messages. Having messages saved/drafted if exiting the messaging screen would be nice. Notifications is buggy. I don't always receive notifications when my doctor messages me. When I do, the pop up text consists of raw HTML instead of simple text.
2021-07-04	Hershy Fishman	Takes unacceptably long to load. Update: That problem went away. However, using it to send a message to my dr. is frustrating. 1. After a few lines I could no longer see what i was typing unless i constantly pressed "back." 2. Except for one time, the copy-paste option that normally appears when i tap on my screen didn't work. 3. I have no access to the record of my sent message.
