Doesn't pair with my Barracuda Pro headset worked with Razer Support for a bit, but they weren't helpful for figuring out the problem. I figured out the solution and you need to ensure the 2.4ghz dongle is not plugged in when you attempt to Bluetooth pair with the app. Even though Bluetooth pairing works for other devices, the app has issues doing so while the dongle is live.

Highly would recommend you go with literally any other brand out there instead of this one. This has by far been the most frustrating experience I've ever had with any app or device or company. Current bug where if your turn the brightness off, you can't reconnect with the app to turn it back on. You HAVE to go through the chroma app on PC. (For barracuda x chroma) User BEWARE.
