All good, but importing of questions from spreadsheet/CSV file not working properly, we have to add question 1 by 1, whenever we have already a sheets of mcq set.

Very good apps, I am using them from Bangladesh.It would be even better if I could use my custom form more than once.I would like to quickly explain that I could have used the questionnaire I created one by one. I would like to use this app as a survey multiple times, but I don't have that opportunity.Because I have created the question but I can use it only two to three times and then I can't login or take the exam. So how do I do the survey?
