| 2024-11-18 |  | | the cancelation handling is very poor, I've been cancelling my order since 9/11 before the order being out for shipping, today is 18, and it is confirmed the the shipping company have returned the order since 13, today the complains department have issued a refund request to the accounting department which will take up to 14 days counting from today, i think there is no communication at all between this dead company departments, as all of them is lake of information for a basic order status |

| 2024-09-13 |  | | I had a very disappointing experience with Raya. Their ads are misleading and promise offers that turn out to be fake. They do not honor their commitments and when you choose a payment method, they fail to follow through. Their customer service hotline is unprofessional, with representatives who lack solutions and simply pass you around between departments without resolving your issues. Additionally, the installation team was both unprofessional and rude. I strongly advise avoiding Raya. |
