Recently though I will have to log in when I open the app, or when completing a pulse it just spins and then says oops something went wrong. Can sometimes take up to a minute for the pulse to send, if it sends at all, defeats the purpose of a quick survey app |

No one is closing the survey the very second it opens.I will give the a stars back when this stops. Instead of shifting the blame, address it , then fix it. Most pulses happen about 7-9am my time when I am busy instead of in the middle of the day or evening which would be more convenient. Another star docked until that is fixed. |

There have also been times where I try to cash out as I've reached my $20 withdrawal date and for days of trying I get the "ops something went wrong try again later" message. NOW, after this update, every time I go to a pulse through the notification sent by the app, every single time, I'm logged out and have to manually enter the info any time I open the app. |

We are sorry but there seems to be a problem. Please contact support with error code 020.” uninstall and reinstalled the app but still does the same thing. Even pushed for the new update and when attempting the paid survey ± gives the same response..also has a habit making me log in when i normally dont need to |

Now I have to try to create another password since the system never remembers it once I'm logged out. If I ever get to cash out this $20 I'm uninstalling. It isn't worth all of this. |

Or it takes forever to load and keeps showing error messages. Today it logged me out again and keeps giving an error when I try to log in again and I was only 2 surveys away from cashing out again. |

However today One Pulse had a survey that used politically charged language and claimed to know the political leanings of an entire group of people. Not cool with me; I only do surveys/gigs if they appear neutral. I've closed my account; only made it to $10 anyway in like 2 months (need $20 to cash out). I can make that $10 back with my other gigs. |

I get a good number of paid pulses, and there are regular unpaid pulses that boost your experience level so you earn more per paid pulse. Highly recommend if you like taking surveys that don't waste your time. **Removed two stars because of ongoing frequent crashes that lock me out of my account. This has been going on for months with no improvement.** |
| 2024-08-01 |  | | UPDATE- Issue has been fixed. However, the app is getting buggier and buggier these days and too many notifications are false alarms. The questions seem to be getting longer, too. But it's still better than many competing apps, which tend to pay out at far worse rates. ORIGINAL- Like some other users, I have suddenly been logged out and locked out of my account for 24hrs. Funnily enough, I continue to get pulses which, obviously, I cannot open. Clearly, this is an issue on the developer's end. |

I have been a panelist since 2019 and have really enjoyed having the extra money, but whenever the app gets an update I always always always am not able to login. The help received is usually fast after sending email after email to get to the right person to solve my issue until the next time around. Yes it's frustrating but I need the extra cash. 😩 |
